The Long Text Column

The long text column is similar to the regular text column, with the main difference being its ability to accommodate lengthier content. This is useful for providing guidance, descriptions, or any other extended text related to your item. It lets you view all the relevant information at once without navigating through each item to check for updates
To include it in your board, you can click on the “+” icon at the upper right-hand corner and then choose “more columns.” Once you are in the column center, you can choose the “long text” option as shown in the screenshot below. You can type your text in once its added as well as hover over the text after to see the whole text body.
Note: The Long Text Column is limited to 2,000 characters.Note: As a precautionary measure, certain elements of HTML code may be eliminated if you attempt to paste HTML into the extended text column for security purposes.
