We understand the frustration of scrolling up and down to locate an item and the desire for a faster way to move around your board. That’s why we developed keyboard shortcuts and spreadsheet features to optimize your usage of SalesTitan.io and improve your productivity.

Accessing the shortcut menu

To access the keyboard shortcut menu, go to your SalesTitan.io account and click on your profile picture in the lower-left corner of your screen. From there, select “Shortcuts.”

Tip: You can access the keyboard shortcut menu by pressing “Shift ?” on your keyboard.

The keyboard shortcuts menu is divided into two sections when you open it up: System Navigation, which lets you move around your account, and Board Navigation, which enables you to move around within a specific board.

Quick Search

Using the Quick Search feature, you can easily switch between items such as boards, dashboards, and work docs in your SalesTitan.io account. Press the “Command + B” keyboard shortcut if you’re using a Mac or “Ctrl + B” if you’re using a PC, and then type the name of the board you want to switch to. This will help you navigate between items more quickly and efficiently.

Navigate around your board.

Like Excel, you can use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move around quickly and navigate within your board.

To move to the right cell within a row or to the first cell in the row below the current one, you can use the “Tab” key.

Navigate to the previous cell.

To navigate to the cell on the left side of the currently highlighted cell or the last cell in the previous row, you can use the keyboard shortcut “Shift + Tab.”

Edit cell content

To edit the contents of a cell, press the “Return” or “Enter” key after selecting the cell.

Close editing of any cell

If you don’t want to save the changes you made while editing a cell, press “Esc” to close the cell.

Clear cell content

You can use the “Backspace” key on a PC or the “Delete” key on a Mac to clear the contents of a cell, but remember that this action cannot be undone, so be cautious.

Copy, paste, and cut cell content.

Similar to other software, you can use keyboard shortcuts to copy, paste, and cut cell contents in the SalesTitan.io account. Additionally, you can copy the content of any cell and paste it outside of the SalesTitan.io platform.

Post an update

If you’d like to post an update you have written in the Updates Section , press “Command + Enter,” and your update will be submitted.

Batch Actions

You can select a range of items in between by clicking on an item and holding down the “Shift” key while clicking on another item lower in the list. This allows you to perform batch actions like moving, archiving, or deleting the selected items simultaneously.
