Setup
1. Getting started: using the getting started button on the home page you can navigate to step three which is connecting your email. From here it is as simple as clicking on the type of email you have and logging in. It is that simple!
2. Command center: opening up the start conversation button on any lead will bring you to the command center. Once you are here you can click on the cog wheel in the top right and click on email settings. After this you will go to manage connected accounts and click on manage connected accounts and login to your associated email directly here.

Creating your First Email
- Email CC
If you’re an account member, you can email any Private, Shareable, or Mainboard you’re a part of. However, you must send the email from the email address linked to your SalesTitan.io account – the same email address you used to join the account.
- Email BCC
If you have guests on your SalesTitan.io account, they can send an email to any Shareable board they’re a part of. The guest must send the email from the email address linked to their SalesTitan.io guest account.
- Attaching a file
Even viewers and colleagues not part of your SalesTitan.io account can send emails to your items or boards using the same email address members use. However, it’s crucial to remember that by sharing this email address with non-members, you allow them to create items and updates in your account. So, it’s essential to be cautious when sharing the email address and only give it to those you trust.
