Are there specific boards, dashboards, or work documents that are crucial to your workflow? Would you like to save time searching for them and make them easily accessible whenever needed?

That’s precisely why we’ve introduced the Favorites feature. This function allows you to organize all of your preferred boards in one central location.

Locating the Favorites section

To find the Favorites section, go to the top menu bar and scroll over to the far right till you see “More”.  Click on this and dropdown and hover down to “Favorites” to access all favorited boards and templates.

Adding a board or dashboard to your favorites

If you want to add a board, dashboard, or work document to your favorites, you can click on the star icon located to the right of its title like this:

Another way to mark a board, dashboard, or work document as a favorite is to go to the top menu bar and click on the three dots to the right of any menu option.  From here you can directly select to add to favorites.

View a board’s workspace.

If you’re using the Favorites section but can’t remember which workspace a specific board, dashboard, or work document belongs to, don’t worry! We have a solution for you.

Hover your cursor over the name of the board, dashboard, or work document, and click on the three-dot menu that appears. Then, select “View in workspace” to quickly access the board, dashboard, or work document within the workspace where it’s located.
