CRM Activities:
With CRM Activities, schedule events and meetings with clients directly from the system. Set meeting
Date and Time, Location, and other relevant information. One can also request help from a particular team member (i.e., other system users).
+Add Activity:
Press the +Activity button to add new Activity. You can also create new groups or import data from MS Excel or Google sheet. Similarly start inserting data directly from +Add new item row.
Delete an Account:
Simply select an Account by pressing the check box on the left of the “Name” – an option bar will appear in the bottom center of the page. Press “Delete” to delete the Account or choose another option as per requirement.
Search and Filters:
- Search: Type in the search box and search for anything within the Activities boards.
- Person: Quick person filter allows users to filter Activity person-wise.
- Filter: The Activity page has advanced filter options; you can filter data by a dedicated work stage filter or by the normal filter.
- Sort: The Activity page has multiple sort options; you can sort by a dedicated work stage sort or by normal sort.
- Hide: Hide or Un Hide the unwanted columns by simply selecting or deselecting the columns.
Activity Columns & their Meanings:
Owner: Is the one who created the opportunity and is responsible for it.
Item: Attach the lead to the Activity.
Start Time: Set meeting start time.
End Time: Set meeting end time.
Description: Add meeting description/agenda.
Notes: Record minutes of the meeting on the go, directly in the Activity board.
Activity Type: Select the activity type, whether it’s a Meeting, Lunch, or else.
Owner Status: Set owner status, whether he is available or not.
Deal, Lead, or Project: Name of Deal, Lead, or Project.
Guests: The person of contact or account.
Location: Set meeting location with google maps.
Video Call: Do online meetings through Zoom, Google, and Microsoft meetings.
People: Add your team members to the meeting.
Organization: Insert Name of the organization associated with Lead or Opportunity.
+New: Add new columns from SalesTitan Column Center.
