CRM Accounts:

Accounts are companies (B2B) or direct Customers (B2C) with whom a company has business relations. Accounts contain different data, such as customer contact information, company name, addresses, etc. 

SalesTitan CRM Account can also be associated with other applications, such as Opportunities or Contacts.

+Add New Account:

Press the +Account button to add a new Account. You can also create new groups or import data from an MS Excel or Google sheet. Secondary start inserting data directly from +Add new item row.

Delete an Account:

Simply select an Account by pressing the check box on the left of the “Name” – an option bar will appear in the bottom center of the page. Press “Delete” to delete the Account or choose another option as per requirement.

Search and Filters:

  • Search: Type in the search box and search for anything within the Account boards.
  • Person: Quick person filter allows users to filter Accounts person-wise.
  • Filter: The Accounts page has advanced filter options; you can filter data by a dedicated work stage filter or by the normal filter.
  • Sort: The Accounts page has multiple sort options; you can sort by a dedicated work stage sort or by normal sort.
  • Hide: Hide or Un Hide the unwanted columns by simply selecting or deselecting the columns.

Accounts Columns & their Meanings: 

  • Type: Identify the type of account, select from the predefined account types of create new as per your requirement.
  • Contacts: Attach Contacts with respective accounts.
  • Deals: Deals are specified and categorized in Opportunities, Connect deals with respective accounts.
  • Account Value: Insert Account Value. 
  • Priority: Set priority, select from predefined priorities or create new ones.
  • Email: Insert account Email.
  • Phone: Insert account official contact number.
  • Comments: Add comments regarding the account.
  • Annual Revenue: Is amount expected to earn through the deal attached with the account.
  • Industry: Add account specific industry.
  • Number of Employees: No of employees attach to the CRM with this account.
  • Booking Name: Insert the name through which account is book 
  • Routing: Name of any third party involved through whome deal is made.
  • Account No: Company Specific account number allocated by you.
  • Shipping Address: Is the address on which Product or Service is delivered. 
  • Billing Address: Is the adress on which bill is sent to customers.
  • +New: Add new coulmns as per your requirements.
