Initially, when you sign up for your SalesTitan.io account, you will notice that your profile picture is set to your initials on a colored background. But, we believe that adding a personal profile picture and customizing your account profile can be beneficial for your team to easily recognize you and develop a better connection with you.

Note: Users who have yet to accept their invitation will have a default avatar image displayed as their profile picture. However, once they accept their invitation, their profile picture will show their initials instead until they upload a personal photo.

How to upload a profile picture

  • Step 1: To access your profile on SalesTitan.io, you need to click on your profile picture or initials located at the top right of your screen. Once you click on it, a menu will appear, and from there, select “My profile.”

  • Step 2: To change your profile picture, move your cursor over your current avatar and click on the option “Change profile picture” option.

After clicking on the avatar, you will be provided with three options: “Change profile picture,” “Remove profile picture,” and “Working status” that you can choose from.

  • Step 3: After clicking on “Change profile picture,” you will be given the option to upload a photo from your computer in either JPEG or PNG format or to import a photo from your Facebook profile.

  • Step 4: Resize your image as necessary and then click on the “Crop image” button. This will show you a preview of how your profile picture will appear. If you’re content with it, click on “Love it.” If not, you can choose “Try another picture.”

Customize your profile picture color.

You can do so if you want to keep your initials as your profile picture instead of using your photo. In addition, you can choose a backdrop color to customize your profile. However, if you have already added a photo to your profile picture, you must remove it before changing the backdrop color of your initials.

To change the color of the backdrop of your initials, first, remove any existing profile picture. Then, hover over your initials, select “Change profile picture,” and click “Change avatar theme.” You can then choose a color for your initials to use as the background.

Default fields in your profile

All users can add specific details about themselves to their profile, including their name, title, email, phone number, location, time-zone, birthday, work anniversary, and Skype username. If you want to edit any of these fields, hover over the field and click on it. Please note that these options cannot be deleted from the profile. However, the admin can change the order in which these fields appear by going to “Admin” > “Customization” > “User profile.”

Once there, click on the symbol to the left to drag and drop fields.

Add custom fields to your profile.

Including custom fields to your profile to add additional information, such as your department, floor, or favorite pizza toppings, is possible. This can be a valuable feature for providing more details about yourself.

Note:  Adding custom fields to profiles is only available for the Pro and Enterprise plans; only account admins can add them.
