File Manager 

Welcome to our File Manager! Centralize all your in-house data in one repository. The File Manager enhances file association with contacts, efficiently stores crucial documents, allows file ownership assignment, enables subfolder creation, and offers more features for streamlined management!

Uploading Documents to the File manager  

To upload files to the SalesTitan system simply click on the “Upload Document” button and then choose any file you would like to add. 

 Note: The user who uploads the file will automatically be assigned as the owner of that document.


Downloading Files 

SalesTitan allow you to download a single file at a time or download files in bulk for larger jobs. 

 Note: You can also delete files using the same process. 


Creating a New Folder 

Generate as many folders as needed to provide you and your team with a clear and organized method for categorizing various document types.


Creating a folder within a folder

To generate a sub-folder within a folder, select the settings wheel on the right of the folder. Next, click on “Add Directory,” specify the subitem’s name and desired file color – that’s all!

Connecting Files to Customers and Projects 

Linking files to your clients or projects is now simpler than ever using our system. Just click the dropdown button on the far right side of the file. Choose Connect Board, select the board for connection, and then specify the particular client or project – it’s that straightforward!
