You can effortlessly manage all of your files on SalesTitan, whether they are papers, images, or contracts. Files may be uploaded to the specified Files Gallery View, the Updates Section, or the Files Column. You may use a widget on your Dashboard or this view to see all the files from your board in a consolidated, gallery-like format!
Add the Files Gallery View to a board
Select “Files Gallery” from the drop-down menu by clicking the option at the top of your board, which says “Add View” when you hover your cursor over it:

Click “+ Add widget” and then “Files Gallery” to add the Files Gallery widget to your Dashboard or Dashboard View:
How do I use it?
- View in grid or list format
You may choose to see your files as a list of files or as thumbnails in a grid. To switch between the two views, click on the “Grid” and “List” buttons in the top right corner:

Change the parameters to see just the files you wish to view! Select “Settings” from the three dots in the upper right corner of your Files Gallery. Select the Files columns you want to have highlighted, along with whether or not you wish to view files from updates, the Files Gallery, or both!
Note: The Files Gallery does not enable file uploads from external systems like Dropbox or Google Drive.
The Files Gallery may be viewed in standard, table, or split modes. Choose your preferred view by clicking the display type icon adjacent to the settings cogwheel when in full-screen mode!
Can I download my files?
You may easily download your files one at a time or as a zip file. By selecting the download icon in the top-right corner of your screen, you may download everything as a zip file. Select “Download File” from the three-dot menu in the upper right of each file to download it separately. The download icon is located at the bottom of the screen; you can also click on the file to make it larger.
