Important Note: Please note that guests are required to use a unique email domain. Guests with the same email domain as the account creator cannot join.

Trial account

As a Trial user, you have the freedom to invite an unlimited number of team members and guests to your account. Before upgrading to a paid subscription, please make sure that you have the appropriate number of guests and team members for the plan you choose

Basic plan

Shareable boards are only available with our premium plan. To access this feature, we suggest upgrading to the Standard plan. To learn more about the features of our basic plan, please refer to this article. 

Standard plan

The standard plan limits the number of guests. You have the option to invite up to three guests at no cost. Each additional guest beyond the first three will be considered a team member and will be billed accordingly. With our standard plan of 5 seats, you can invite up to 5 team members and 3 guests.

Note: If you go over the maximum number of seats, your plan will upgrade to the next level automatically. You will receive two notification emails before the upgrade. 

Pro or Enterprise plan

You can invite an unlimited number of guests to your account on both of these plans
