You have the flexibility to change your plan by either upgrading or downgrading it at any time. This process is quick and easy, and we will guide you through the steps in this article.

Steps to change your plan

Step 1. Click on Profile Picture in the top right –> Click Admin 

Step 2. After accessing the Admin section, navigate to the left-hand menu and click on “Billing.” This will take you to the “Overview” tab in the Billing section. To change your plan, go to the subscription page and click on the “Change plan” seen below: 

How much will my upgrade cost?

If you upgrade your subscription plan in the middle of a billing cycle, the remaining balance of the current plan will be applied towards the cost of the new plan and a new billing cycle will begin.  The prorated upgrade fee will be calculated as the total plan price minus the remaining balance from your previous plan.

Here’s an example to illustrate this: 

Let’s say on January 1st, 2022, you purchased a Yearly Basic 5 seat plan for $50 per month ($600 for the year) until January 1st, 2023. Then on December 1st, 2022, you decide to upgrade to the Yearly Standard 5 seat plan for $70 per month ($840 for the year). Since you still have one new month from your previous plan, the carry-over balance is $50. Therefore, the amount you will pay for the upgrade will be $840 – $50 = $790.
