Can I undo something?

We all often make mistakes. It happens right? Fortunately, there is an undo button for that on SalesTitan. 😊

What is the function of an undo button?

The undo button will appear at the top of the screen for one minute, allowing you to undo the most recent modification. It looks like this:


This option appears when you:

  • Delete or archive an item, group, column, or board
  • Transfer an item to a different group or board

I accidentally removed or archived something

If you accidentally deleted an item and the Undo button has expired, don’t worry; you can still locate deleted items, groups, columns, and boards from the past 30 days in the Recycle Bin!

If you archived an item in error, you can retrieve it from the archives at any time. This article describes how to archive and unarchive a board, group, or item!

Recovering data after moving items to a new board

Have you transferred items from one board to another while losing column data? We can easily reverse this and retrieve the data! 🆘

Open the board to which your item(s) are being moved. Then, open the Activity Log and select the Undo button; your item(s) and columns will be restored to the original board!

Note: The option to recover data through the above activity is only available for one month after the items have been relocated.

For the Future, before transferring items – please ensure that the same columns are created in the destination board to prevent data loss. If we observe that some columns do not correspond, we display the following warning:
