If you have purchased an annual or biannual plan and it has been less than 30 days since the purchase, you are eligible for a refund that is calculated proportionately based on the remaining time left in the plan.
To get a refund for a yearly or two-yearly account, the admin of the account must follow these steps to cancel the account using a web browser.
The account will be automatically refunded based on the prorated amount. Note that cancellation can only be made from a web browser.
If you have paid for a yearly account and more than 30 days have passed since you paid or you have paid for a monthly subscription, you are not entitled to a refund.
You can cancel your account and continue to have access to the account for the remainder of the billing period. To cancel the account, the admin of the account should follow the instructions above.
